March 8, 2011 PTF Meeting:
PTF cake auction April 21 2011 6-8 pm
Theme: Easter
We are looking for cake donations from an individual or business wishing to advertise their talent. Donations can be dropped off after 2pm the day of the auction. Brochures and the business cards are welcome.
We need donations of small cakes and cupcakes for the cake walk.
K-5th grade will raffle of Easter baskets.
We will be selling two slices of pizza, and a drink for $3.00.

February 8, 2011 PTF Meeting:
1. Walk-A-Thon: New schedule was discussed. Walk-A-Thon will take place February 17th from 11am-2:15pm. Sign up sheets for helpers and snack donations will be made by Susie Marshall.
2. We raised $1500 from the chocolate fundraiser.
3. Playground bids are still being delivered to the school. All companies have agreed to have equipment delivered by spring break.
4. Mrs. Crickenberger discussed plans to move library and computer lab and asked for help with this project.
5. Box Top drive will be starting soon. The class that collects the most box tops and labels for Education will receive a pizza party.
